SATURN NEVER SLEEPS

Ever since a good friend of mine introduced me to the wonderful world of Sun Ra I’m blown away by his inspiring thoughts and sometimes sublime music. I say with some reservation sometimes because I still feel it difficult to find my way through his out put, both in writing and in music. His drive and creativity is so fascinating that he is for me in the same league as William Burroughs, Marcel Duchamp, Kurt Schwitters and Jack Smith. Read more »
