Brooklyn based Amir “Chi’ Akai” Hussain releases his debut album, The Epoch EP on Purple Bird Music. The guy is obviously inspired by what’s going on. His beats are those of an avant beatmaker very precise, and with the necessary push. It balances smoothly between ambient-nesc breaths of synths, kickin’ drums and some arcade space ships.
